I love quick and easy whole food nutritious bowls like this one. If you’re anything like me, you like to just throw together some of your favorite ingredients and call it a meal. 😉 This 8 ingredient Ground Beef Guacamole Bowl has a Mexican feel with an American twist, because I’m American and cannot begin to compare to the traditional Mexican dishes. But, it’s still delicious, and very nutritious, so I hope you give it a try!

If you end up trying this guac bowl, please take a photo and tag me @purelyflourish and use the hashtag #purelyflourish on Instagram, I’d love to see your recreations! Feel free to switch up the ingredients a bit and make it your own! If you don’t eat corn, skip the corn, and add another one of your favorite foods. If you do use corn, I highly recommend buying organic corn to avoid unnecessary pesticides and GMO’s, of course, since here at Purely Flourish we focus on eating the purest foods possible. You can even get organic corn frozen, which can be much cheaper! On that note, choosing organic and grass-fed ground beef is extremely important as well, even more important than the corn.
What’s your favorite ingredient in this bowl? Mine is definitely avocado, but I love me some red onion as well. Fun fact: I eat onions as a side vegetable, that’s how much I love them! After I took this photo, I actually added a whole handful of some extra red onion. 🙂
MONEY SAVING TIP
This recipe cost about $3 to make. Each ingredient that I used in this recipe was certified USDA organic, except for the avocado, because did you know avocado is one of the top foods that’s actually safe to purchase non-organic? The Environmental Working Group listed avocados as the #1 clean food in 2019. It’ll save you some money!
