WHAT YOU WILL YOU NEED + HEALTH BENEFITS
- Pink Lady Apple Kombucha: This is my all-time favorite kombucha flavor. You can find Health-Ade kombucha at your local health food store, Whole Foods, Sprouts, or you can order online from health-ade.com or get a 12 pack on Amazon here. Kombucha contains beneficial bacteria for a healthy gut microbiome, along with some incredible antioxidants from the fermented tea.
- Hibiscus Tea: I love Traditional Medicinal tea. You can get hibiscus tea on Amazon here. Hibiscus tea is packed with protective antioxidants and may help to lower blood pressure.
- Lemon: Anything with lemon is better. I use this citrus squeezer every single day.
- Raw Honey: Raw honey is good for the body and the soul. Local honey is even better.
