  • 1 small pineapple (about 3 cups), cored and diced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped 28 grams
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 lime, squeezed


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl, then toss to combine well.
  2. Refrigerate until serving or up to 3 days in a reusable airtight glass container.
